A scoping study examining how Cambodia's transitional justice processes can strengthen conflict prevention and minority inclusion. Connects the ECCC's documented atrocities, including genocide and persecution of minorities such as the Cham and ethnic Vietnamese, to contemporary peacebuilding efforts, with particular focus on marginalized Khmer Krom and ethnic Vietnamese communities facing ongoing legal and social barriers.
