We implement a diverse portfolio of projects across our gender and peacebuilding programs, grounded in an intersectional feminist lens and guided by Do No Harm principles. Through creative, participatory, and action-oriented approaches, we work alongside communities to prevent violence, transform conflict, and contribute to more peaceful, inclusive, and gender-just societies.
Our work brings together diverse methods and tools, including transformative arts, digital engagement, community storytelling, media mobilization, experiential learning, homestays and exchange programs, and participatory, action-oriented, evidence-based research. These approaches create spaces for communities to generate knowledge, strengthen relationships, and influence policy, practice, and public discourse.
Across our programs, we undertake research, capacity strengthening, community mobilization, dialogue, networking, advocacy, and other innovative initiatives that respond to the needs and realities of the communities we work with.
Everything we do sits within these programs, supported by the networks we convene.
Our Peace and Conflict Transformation Program brings together a diverse range of initiatives that advance the Women, Peace and Security (WPS) agenda and contribute to Sustainable Development Goal 16: Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions.
ProgramOur Gender & Women’s Issues Program hosts projects that focus on women’s rights, gender dynamics, women leadership and empowerment dealing with a range of issues relevant to society at large, including children.
