OUR GOAL

Our Peace and Conflict Transformation Program brings together a diverse range of initiatives that advance the Women, Peace and Security (WPS) agenda and contribute to Sustainable Development Goal 16: Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions. We operate under the principles of negative and positive peace to promote inclusive societies for sustainable development.

CONTEXT

  • Diverse initiatives focusing on conflict analysis, prevention, management, resolution, and transformation through interactive and creative approaches
  • Grounded in the principles of negative and positive peace, aligned with Sustainable Development Goal 16
  • Delivered through participatory, community-led methods including Facilitative Listening Design, a conflict transformation research tool to better understand and talk about difficult issues
